People are often astonished to learn that nearly any physical condition and most psychological conditions can be caused by negative emotional energies, also called stress. JAMA reports that 60% to 80% of primary care doctor visits are related to stress and only 3% of patients receive any stress management help.

About Michael Hoge

In 2019 I decided to get certified in HeartMath® mentoring/coaching. This is where I learned how to help people shift their heart's rhythm to a coherent (positive) state of being.

Heartmath® research shows how our emotions affect us every day and how our hearts have coherent and non-coherent rhythms during certain emotional states. Coherence is a state where DHEA is produced, which is also known as the vitality hormone. Coherence can be induced by focusing on the heart, and drawing in a positive emotional feeling. Incoherence is a state where cortisol , also known as the stress hormone, is being produced in the body. Incoherence happens when our heart's rhythm is running on negative emotional patterns. The knowledge I gained through the HeartMath® Institute has helped me expand my services to support people further in their wellness.

Not only did I get certified in HeartMath® but I also became a certified Thriving Energies™ Practitioner (through John Ravnik's practice)- where I learned how to surrogate the releasing of discordant emotional energies from one's energetic field.

Overall, my hope is to use my knowledge to support others in reaching their optimal wellness goals. From stress and anxiety to pain and dis-ease, whatever you would like to work on, give me a call and we can see if my practice works for you!
